HORDELIGHT
The sun did not die. It was put out. Twelve winters ago someone extinguished the light, and the dark poured in like water. One village endures, huddled around the Last Flame. You are the Lightborn — carry that flame into the horde and find out who betrayed the light.

Horde survival with a story to tell.
HORDELIGHT takes the auto-firing combat of the survivors genre and wraps it around a gothic mystery told across eight chapters, a living village hub and an RPG progression layer that carries between runs.
Every run ends back in Lumenfall. Spend what you found, forge what you need, hear the next piece of the story — then walk out into the dark again, a little stronger and a little closer to the truth.
Built for players who finish things.
This is not an endless loop with a leaderboard bolted on. There is a beginning, eight chapters, eight Guardians and an ending — plus a Daily Run and an Endless Night for when the story is done and you still want one more night out there.
Position, dodge, build — then find out who put out the sun.
Your weapons fire themselves; your job is positioning and build. Seven weapons, each with a spectacular evolution, plus ten active skills on keys 1–4 — meteor storms, blade frenzies, spirit armies.
Each hero carries a signature passive that genuinely changes how you fight, not just a stat nudge.
Hunt Ember Bearers, gather shards, then face the chapter's Guardian — bosses that teleport, rain meteors and send ring waves.
The Elder unfolds the mystery, villagers carry their own quest stories, and the forge turns your loot into permanent power.
Six equipment slots, enhancement up to +9, and star, moon and sun seals that roll random properties.
Stack curses for greater rewards, unlock blessings as you progress, and replay every chapter your own way.
When the eight chapters are behind you.
HORDELIGHT keeps going after the credits. Two modes exist purely to test the build you have learned to make.
Daily Run
One attempt per day, a fresh modifier every morning, escalating boss waves — and a Reaper at the door if you take too long.
Endless Night
A dedicated enemy roster and returning Guardians. How long can your light last?
Silas's wagon
Surprise crates, hand-picked stock and a carnival lottery wheel between runs.
Rites of the Flame
Ritual modifiers that reshape a chapter before you ever step into it.
Sixty seconds in the dark.
The horde, the village, the Guardians and the night that will not end — narrated, and set to the theme that plays over Lumenfall.
